Yoga for ages 5 - 12.

This interactive children’s Yoga class incorporates movement and imagination. Participants will practice yoga poses and mindfulness-based activities related to exploration in nature. Kids will swim across oceans, climb mountains, and blast off to space! This class is open to children ages 5-12 and no previous yoga experience is required. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, a limited number will be available. Please register.

Please cancel if unable to attend,  so a spot opens up for another child. Thank you for your consideration.
