CHANGE IN LOCATION: Due to maintenance at Stafford, this program will take place at the Barnegat Branch (112 Burr St, Barnegat, NJ) Join yoga instructor/sound healer for a crystal bowl sound bath.

Find stillness, listen to the sounds of seven crystal bowls being played at different notes. Sound healing can aid in deeper relaxation, emotional healing, and other wellness aspects. Please be aware that some of the sound can be loud. Please bring a mat if you want to lie down or other items needed for your relaxation. Chairs will be provided. You'll need to sign a waiver to participate. Please register.
