A Storyteller for more than 40 years, Michelle Washington Wilson delights audiences of all ages with “Multicultural Stories From Around The World.” Michelle takes us on a trip without leaving our seats, as she offers classic and original tales from around the world. From “How The Moon and The Sun Came To Dwell In The Sky,” a Senegalese folk tale to teach children the benefits of sharing, to “How The Little Old Lady Got Home That Night,” a tale told in many tongues “from British to Yiddish.” These stories delight the young and the young at heart. School aged children can be delighted by characterizations of Dolly Parton’s Coat of Many Colors, and the story song of the Jazzy little baby who can Do-Wop and Dance. Suitable for Toddlers and up. Please Register. 2+.
