Join Senior Citizens Activities Network's Communications Director, Andrea Tarr, as she discusses comfort zones. A comfort zone is a psychological state in which elements from the environment are close and familiar to a person and under their control, enabling low levels of stress and anxiety. Andrea will discuss strategies on how to get out of your comfort zone and the benefits of what happens when you do. Registration required.
