Learn how to keep your heart healthy, risk factors for heart disease, warning signs and more. A special focus will be given to heart functioning, diseases of the heart and heart medications.

Presented in partnership with Hackensack Meridian Health, Debra Shar, RN, BSN. Lucrecia Campisi, Supervisor for HMH Population Health Network and Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency Coordinator Coordinator and Sandy Khalla, Clinical Pharmacist Population Health, Corporate Care Management they discuss heart functioning, diseases of the heart and heart medications. Question and Answer session will follow after the lecture. Wellness screenings will be offered from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please register.
